According to this Instagram post, Hudgens likes to spend the warmer days in the pool. In the photo, Hudgens is seen posing in a leopard print bikini, while swimming in a pool. Hudgens captioned the photo, "Well I'm in full fall mode BUT just got some film developed and these are too good not to post. So, here we are."

Hudgens is a great dancer, and has been dancing since her roles in the High School Musical franchise. She's a major presence on TikTok, and she's even been asked to be a part of The Kennedy Center Honors performance for Debbie Allen.

Hudgens is a big fan of Slimfast, and has advertised the product on her Instagram. "Slimfast has this peanut butter cup that's delicious and feels like a cheat," she told Delish. "I always have one of those in my bag."

Hudgens tells Women's Health that she makes sure to incorporate healthy fats into her diet, and she's got a good reason. "I need high fats," Hudgens explained. That's the only way I can not eat carbs."

Hudgens tells Women's Health Australia that she relies on her friends to help her stay healthy and to motivate her. "To be self-motivated consistently is almost a daydream," she says. "I reach out to friends to hold me accountable."
